Wow we have been busy processing va loans for clients at a great rate of 5.75% fixed for 30 year term. I have not had the time to post to the blog this week, but will try to catch up next week. This week started out poor and continually got better, ending today with 5.75% while many of our competitors are still advertising 6-6.125%.
